Completing Action Items on Mobile Audits.

Once an Action Item is completed, the user can update the completion details on mobile. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Update the Action Item Status by changing the toggle from Open to Complete.
  2. Enter the Action Taken.
  3. Select who the Action Item was completed by, the system will default to the user updating the details.
  4. Indicate the Action Item Completed Date, the system will default to the current date.
  5. Based on configurations, Users can verify Action Items.
  6. The Cost Information Section can be used to capture Cost associated with the Action Item.
  7. Attachments, Pictures, and Voice Recordings can be added using the symbols at the top of the page.
  8. Select the check mark to save.
