Managing Action Items on Mobile Audits.

Users can filter Action Items based on the following options: 

 1) Selecting the Ellipsis and choosing “Filter List” will allow you to refine the information on the Manage Calendar items screen .

2) Swiping left on an Action Item will allow you to delete that record.

3) The Priority of the Action Item is indicated by “H” for High, ”M” for Medium, and “L” for Low.

4) The Status of the Action Item is indicated by the color of the Flag Red being overdue Action Items, Green Check Mark being Completed, Black Circle indicates Open Action Items.

5) Selecting an Action item will bring you to the details of that record.

6) The paperclip indicates the Action Item has an attachment.
