Session View and Edit

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Module icon.
2. Click on the Learning Management menu item.
3. Click on the Mange session list menu item.

5. Make necessary changes and Click on the Update button.
   
   
   
   

   V20.3

   In V20.3 introduced  a feature to Address reoccuring session gaps and design flaw.

   • By occurence Session records would appear in My Training ,Schedule Training and My Training Widgets  
   • Each occurrence session will be marked with reoccurence sequence starting from 1 based on the start and end date
   • Independently each reccurence session would have separate score ,certificate and outcome like non reccuring sessions
   • Completion of  each reccurence would mark the status as complete
   • This is applicable for both VTA and non VTA courses 
   • My Training and Schedule training will default Load Previous and Current month  data 
   • Existing Data: existing data would be corrected .By occurence record to appear

   21.2 update

   Lock Session edit on training due date exceed.

   • Once the due date is exceeded, the session should be disabled from editing except for updating the outcome, also no Save button will appear for these records.
   • Applicable to My Training, Schedule Training, Redirection from LMS home page widgets.

   

   
   

   An enhanced feature has been provided to importing training records from the module.
   
   

   • We have made the session outcome import tool as an editable template. 
   • If the user enters any new session then the same is to be imported into the system and if the user edits any new session then the same is to be updated in the system.
   •  Once the user edits any new session then the same is to be updated in the system. The values of employee names are to be made a dropdown value and all the employees that exist for the location are to be displayed.

   
   

   
   

   Similar to mobile, a Single session record appears.

   • The user would be able to update single or multiple outcomes in one go and it is applicable to Schedule training List.
