24.1 Update
In v 24.1 Enter Data usability has been enhanced by making below changes
- System has an auto save feature which saves a KPI data automatically as soon as all required data points are entered for a KPI
- Required data points are KPI Data, Site UOM, conversion factor (it is auto populated but still should be treated as mandatory field) and comment in case of Validation Rule
- System highlights missing required data points as soon as user moves to next KPI
- System also takes care of recalculating any related derivative KPI data, emissions etc...
- Save button will not be available anymore
- System shows an indication when auto save happens and show a time stamp of last auto save while user continues to work in Enter Data screen
- The time stamp will not be visible the screen is refreshed, filter is changed, or comes back to screen after going to another screen, as it is specific to the session where data entry was being done
In v24.1, KPI Data Import is made available in Enter data screen
- The button is tagged to a new permission called "KPI Data Import"
- The new permission is assigned to every user who has "Report Data" permission for at least one Program irrespective of Program year
- Import History button has been removed from Import Detail screen to maintain data security
- Import history gives access to entire import done by any user for any location and program
- End users need to contact System Admin in case they need to see their Import History
- There is no change done to KPI Data import available from Module Setup except for below
- A new column "Program Name" has been added in Import template (static)
- This column would give us advantage in validating user's permission for the program
- While importing, the tool will validate user's location scope and program permission for each row and show success of failure message accordingly in Data Mapping screen
