Risk Assessment Module Overview

Users can use the Risk Assessment module to identify tasks and their associated hazards, calculate initial and residual risk ratings, identify controls, manage action item plans and upload necessary attachments.  

Accessing the Risk Assessment 

1. Click on the Modules icon.

2. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.

   Users can select from the following menu items for the Risk Assessment Module

   Add New	Allows users to create a new Risk Assessment.
   Manage	List screen showing all the Risk Assessments created for the specific location or level selected in the navigator.
   Manage Action Items	List screen showing all the action items created for the specific location or level selected in the navigator.
