Audit Management

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Save button is not visible unless user makes some change in the screen
• This is a usability issue in cases where all questions have default response and not change is required
• User has to change the default response to something else and revert it to see the Save option
• This defeats the purpose of having default response

Purpose: Display Save button page load to enable users to save default response without the need to change the response and revert it back

Enhanced System: 

• Save button is displayed by default as soon as user lands to questionnaire screen (based on permission)
• When user clicks on Save button all the default response from all sections for the selected sub type will be saved along with any manual change user has done
• If it is a Site Audit without Sub Type, on click of Save default responses from all sections of the Audit will be saved
• Score will also update for all questions having a response
