Purpose:

•   Reduce blank space and clicks

Enhanced System:

• Always accessible Module landing page

• Easy to navigate to different screens without having to tap back icon to move to Module Landing page

Existing System: 

•  Does not show Supervisor details of selected Employee if Supervisor is from a different location

Purpose:

•   Display supervisor detail from different location

Enhanced System:

•  Displays selected Employees supervisor details even if the supervisor's employee profile is from different location than selected in navigator

MP-5513 As an end user I would like to see Driver information auto-populated from Employee Profile

Configurable: No

• Title: NA
• Public / Private: NA

Existing System: 

• Does not auto populate driver information. There is no linkage between Employee and Driver information

Purpose:

• Reduce manual data entry by making use of Driver information available in Employ Profile

Enhanced System:

• Auto populates driver related information available in Vehicle Incident Summary section based on selected employee profile
• There is an updated navigation in case of existing Vehicle Incident if selected Employee is changed and saved
• User will be back to Incident Detail page and will see "Next" icon instead of "Save" to navigate to Vehicle page and verify new information
• This will happen irrespective of from where user navigated to Employee Details screen

MP-5567 Introduce Guide Notes in Questionnaire Screen for Audits Mobile

•  We don't have guide notes available in Mobile. 

Purpose:

•   To improve the usability. 

Enhanced System:

• Guide note icon is now displayed in Mobile/Ipad. 
• Information about the question opens up as a pop-up.

MP-5516 Implement Program Security

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Currently, even though a user doesn't have access to a respective Program/Finding/Action Items, he would be able to see it in read-only mode 

Purpose:

• To maintain data security and avoid exposing data to a user who is not authorized even in read only mode. 

Enhanced System:

• Hide display of Audit Programs, Findings and Action Items if user doesn't have Read Permissions (applicable to Module Permissions & Program Level Permissions) .
• Change is applicable in below screens
  1. Manage Audits List
  2. Manage Findings - List View
  3. Manage Action Items - List View
  4. Calendar List Screen - List View

MP-5552 Provide usability to select Lead Auditors & Audit Team Members in "Create Program" screen (Basic Setup)

• Currently, user doesn't have this field in the  

Purpose:

• To maintain data security and avoid exposing data to a user who is not authorized even in read only mode. 

Enhanced System:

• While user is trying to create a new audit, show lead auditors pick list and audit team members pick list

• Default lead auditor to logged in user.

• On the Audit list, show the lead auditor name.
