App Builder:


 MP-6372 - Support App Builder in Android Native Mobile Pro App 

Existing System: We currently support a web-view for Android 

Purpose: Improve the usability

Enhanced System: User would be able to:

  • Access all apps in native version of Android
  • Users would now be able to access key features like Signature, QR Scan and offline support 
  • However, there would be few UI gaps (when compared to iOS app) which are listed below:
    1. Record Count for each app in mobile "Home" screen
    2. Enable save options to select either Card or List view on "Home" screen
    3. Landing Page for Apps in Mobile
    4. Summary Page for each record
    5. Two-column display support mobile list view 
    6. Toggle button style changes in the form details
    7. A pronounced section separator in the form details
    8. Show progression bar in form details
    9. Show "Guide Note" for a field in form details
    10. Color coding for segmented control in form details
    11. Showing icons for fields in form details
    12. Strikeout support for Inactive lookups in the list screen and show as disabled in the form details

Impacts on existing forms:  No impact 

Existing System: Does not have an option to filter audits list by created by user 

Purpose: Enhanced use 

Enhanced System: 

  • User would be able to filter the audits (loaded on mobile) list screen based on created by user

  • Created by would be a single-user filter

  • This user list includes all users who have Audits module view permission

Impacts: None.

 MP-5549 - Introduce "Created By" filter in Manage Audits List Screen

Existing System: Does not have an option to filter audits list by created by user 

Purpose: Enhanced use 

Enhanced System: 

  • User would be able to filter the Audits (Loaded on mobile) list screen based on created by user 

  • Created by would be a single-user filter

  • This user list includes all users who have Audits module view permission

 MP-6283 Auto-generated Sequence ID for Action item


Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Action Item ID Format
  • Public/Private: Private
  • Default: Format:CountryIndex+LocationCode+Year(Calendar)+TaskType(Module Short Code)+"AI"+UniqueID || Delimiter:"-"

Existing System: 

  • Does not have auto-generated sequence id for action item

Purpose: Provide a unique identifier for the action item

Enhanced System: 

  • Action item auto-generated ID based on configuration 
  • Auto-generated ID format "Country Code" + "Location Code" + "Fiscal/Calendar Year" + "Module Shortcode" + "Sequence ID". e.g. US-WESTLAKE-2020-CAL-10001
  • Country Code is based on the country selected for the location 
  • Location Code of the navigator or any custom-selected location for the action item
  • The auto-generated ID year will be based on the fiscal or calendar year option provided in the configuration. For calendar year it will the display, e.g., "2020," and fiscal year will display, e.g.,"2021" from the fiscal year month setup.
  • Module shortcode has defined to recognize the module action items 
  • Sequence ID will be generated by location, module, and year. Changes to Location Code or year will start the count from the beginning 
  • Manage the delimiter based on configuration, e.g., delimiter can be a "-" or "/" etc.
  • Action item ID will reflect in the calendar list, notification and BI model

 MP-6169 Enable department field for all modules action item

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA

  • Default: NA

Existing System: 

  • Department field is not available for all modules action item
  • The Department field is only available for the IMS module with a customer-specific business rule. 

Purpose: Provide option to create action item based on the department for all modules

Enhanced System: 

  • Enable Department field for all modules action item
  • Department field is non-mandatory for all the modules (except the customer-specific business rule)
  • The Department field can be changed to mandatory using using common action-item configuration by module
  • The value of the department field can be populated from the source module or screen. Module-specific enhancement required for the feature, currently only available for the audits module.
  • Department field option for filter and column selection 

Impacts: Notification, BI, and modules using common action item

 MP-2815 As an end user of Mobile Pro I want the ability to Search and View Assessment

Existing System: 

  • Does not have Risk Assessment module

Purpose: Make Risk Assessment module accessible from Mobile Pro 

Enhanced System: 

  • Read-Only Risk Assessment module is available in Mobile Pro
  • Module is available only in Online mode
  • Users can search for an assessment using multiple search criteria available in Search screen
  • A free text search feature is available which searches the text on multiple fields
    • Risk Assessment ID
    • Risk Assessment Number
    • Risk Assessment Title
    • Risk Assessment Description
  • Users can generate "EHS Risk Assessment" report and download it in the device memory
  • Users can navigate through and view all attachments of an assessment and can see the source details
  • Module can generate a pre-composed email along with "EHS Risk Assessment" report as attachment
    • The email is editable
