PMP-91823: Align Supervisor response with action taken field in Employee Medical Profile for consistency.

Existing System:
- In the Employee Work Restriction screen, after the supervisor provides response, it is not in sync with the actions taken field in Employee Medical Profile under Restrictions.
Currently, the Actions taken field has the below values-
Accommodate
Non-Accommodate
Full Duty
Pending
which needs to be in sync with the values available under Supervisor response in the Employee Work Restriction screen.
Full Duty (OSHA Recordable)
Modified Duty (OSHA DART)
Job Transfer (OSHA DART)
On Leave (OSHA Lost Time)
Purpose:
- Have a consistent approach in displaying the actions taken field according to the Supervisor response.
Enhanced System:
- The Actions taken field will be in sync with the Supervisor response.

PMP-94697: Implement field locking for Linked Equipment Details (Audiometric / Spirometry/ Fit Test Device) in Encounters

Existing System:
- Currently, user is able to change the fields under Equipment Details even if these are already linked with Encounters.
Purpose:
- To disallow users to edit the associated equipment linked with the specified encounters.
Enhanced System:
- With the enhancement, the fields will be disabled. This is consistent with the implementation done for Vaccine/Medication.
