Use Case / Purpose: 

  • To describe more in detail for each of the encounter type.

Enhanced System:

  • Now, we have increased the character count for below note section 
    • Leave Details
    • Clinic notes
    • Health Analysis
    • Drug Test
    • Special Consultation
    • Others( Work Consultation, Work Conditioning, Education, EIP Initial, EIP Follow up) 
    • Medical Records / Report

Use Case / Purpose: 

  • New action item type "Containment Action" to capture immediate actions
  • Containment action is to limit a concrete problem’s extent and establish normal operations.

  • Add new "Containment Action" to action item type.

  • Title: Configurable from DB on request

Existing System: 

  • No system is in place to capture the temperature readings of the employee for the cases related to COVID 19.

Use Case / Purpose: 

  • In Vital Encounter type user can capture the temperature readings of the employee

Enhanced System:

  • "Perform Level of Consciousness" has been relabeled as "Perform Respiration Measurement" and it is configurable
  • "Respiratory Rate" is replaced with "AAOx3" and made mandatory
  • New section "Perform Temperature Measurement" has been added.
  • The "Characteristic" field name has been made non mandatory
  • Under SPO2 section the values for Systolic Reading, Diastolic Reading, Pulse Reading has been set as "mm Hg", "mm Hg" and "bpm" respectively only. 
  • Under SPO2 section "
  • SOA Changes 
    • AAOX3 is renamed in SOA Column 
    • Temperature column has been added 
    • Temperature Reading is made mandatory 
    • Passing Temperature reading is made mandatory 
    • Measurement type is made non mandatory
