Adding a New Root Causes Record

Administrators will use this document for guidance in adding a new root cause record to the Root Causes list within the Incident Management module.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click on the Module Setup Icon.
  3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.



4. Select the Root Causes menu item in Incident Management Lookup Values.



5. Click on the +New Button.



6. Complete the Details in  Root Causes  screen and click on the Save Button.
