Instructions

1. Click on Apps.

2. Click on Modify.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Label - Name of the field

4. Sub Label - Description of the field 

5. Required - it must be filled before submission of a form. As it is otherwise also called as Mandatory field.  

6. Visible -It allows the user to visible or invisible of the respective field in the Form.  

7. Enabled - It allows the user to Edit or not for the respective field on the form.
