Creating and Editing Formulas

Formula builder is used to creating calculations for Date, Time, and Numeric fields.

To create a new formula, click on the field that should show the results of the calculation and select “Fx” in field properties
Click on the formula box
Select the fields and operators to complete the formula
Save

Numeric	Difference of two-time fields	Numeric (In Minutes)
Numeric	Difference of two date fields	Numeric (In Days)
Time	Time field + Number of Minutes (integer)	Time
Time	Time field - Number of Minutes (integer)	Time
Date	Date field + Number of Days (integer)	Date
	Date field - Number of Days (integer)	Date
	Date field +/- Numeric Field (Format: Integer)	Date

If any one of the fields used in the formula is deleted from the App the formula will be crossed out
