Navigate to Form Builder – Section Properties

Instructions

1. Click on Apps.
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. Click on Modify.
   
   

   Open

   

   
   The form builder interface allows users to add and modify sections as required for the form.
   Properties for form sections are applied to the following controls:
   
   

3. Section - Basic form section to house fields selected by form builder 

   1. Label - Name of the Section

   2. Visible - Toggle to indicate the section is always visible as part of the form
