- To Create a Department, You must have a MinimumĀ of Location Administrator or Higher.
- FieldsĀ marked with a (*) are mandatory and must be completed to create a Near Miss Incident.

- Click on the Setup Icon
- Click on the Location Setup menu item.
- Click on the Location Profile menu item.
- Click on the Organization Component menu item.
- Click on the Add button.
- Complete all the fields and click on the Save button.
