Existing System: 

• Does not have option to assign a Group to a notification event

Purpose: 

• Provide flexibility in configuring Audit Notifications

Enhanced System:

• Has a new tab to select groups in user pick list for Immediate notification
• Now a notification can be assigned to groups in addition to users
  • User who are part of the group at the time of triggering the notification will receive the notification
• Active Groups created from Location Setup > Administration Setup > Groups will be available for site audits
• Active Groups created from Security > Groups will be available for Corporate audits
• In the Groups selection screen when clicked on the "information" symbol, the Group Member screen will be displayed without the Save button
