Working with Audit Notification Sets

Users can configure notifications to be sent out for a particular audit at the time of a triggering event. The following represents the events that will trigger an email notification to be sent out: 

• Finding created
• Finding changed
• Action item created
• Action item changed
• Audit program status

For all the above events both immediate and daily notifications can be created. An immediate notification alerts the user as and when the event is created or updated. A daily notification updates the user with the daily status of the events.

Users can also access or delete existing notification sets. 

Step-by-step instruction:

Adding an Audit Notification Set:                  

 Deleting a Notification Set

1. From the Notifications tab, click on the Add button. 
   
   
2. Type in a Name for the Notification Set. 
3. Select Status of Triggering Events. 
4. Select users to receive Immediate Notifications.
5. Select users to receive Daily Notifications. 
6. Click on Save button. 
      
   
   
7. Click the Ok button on the confirmation window. 
   
   
   

8. Click on the Close button. 
   
   

   Upon clicking the close button after saving, the notification set will be displayed in the list screen of notifications. Users will be able to access or delete the saved notification set from the list screen.

Deleting an Audit Notification Set: 

1. From the Notifications tab, select the checkbox next to the notification(s) to be deleted. 
2. Click on the Delete button.  
   
   
   
3. Click on the Ok button of the Delete Notification confirmation window. 
   
   
   

4. Click on the Ok button of the Success Confirmation window.
