Step-by-step Instructions
A. Contractor Management Field Details
- Goto the Incident Reporting screen and the following set of Contractor related fields can be seen under the 'General Details' section as per the details given below.

*Note: If the Contractor related fields are not shown in the Reporting screen then reach out to the Admin inorder to turn on the configuration.
B. How to provide Contractor Details in the Reporting screen?
1. By default the field - 'Was Contractor involved?' will show a default value as 'No'.
2. Select 'Yes' for the field - 'Was Contractor involved?' and accordingly the other three dependent fields will be displayed.
3. Select the 'Contractor Name' from the search list.
4. If the 'Contractor Name' is not available in the list then select 'Other(List)' from the search list and provide the name manually.
*Note: Incase there is no lookup maintained for Contractor then reach out to Admin to turn on the Configuration for showing the 'Contractor Name' field as a text box rather then autocomplete field.
5. Provide details of the Contractor like - Email Address, Contact Address, Contact Number, etc. in the 'Contractor Details' field. This is an optional field.
6. Select either 'Yes' or 'No' for the question - 'Was Contractor trained on Company Policies?' as it is a mandatory field.
7. 'Contractor Name' field (shown upon selecting the 'Personnel Type' as 'Unsupervised Contract Employee' under the 'Employee/Individual Details' ) is an autocomplete field (integrated with a lookup).
*Note:
- Prior to saving an Incident, the 'Contractor Name' provided under the 'General Details' section will auto-populate in the 'Employee/Individual Details' section when Personnel Type 'Unsupervised Contract Employee' is selected. However, the auto-populated value can be updated, if needed.
8. If lookup is not configured then select the 'Other(List)' option from the list and fill up the Contractor Name manually as shown below.
C. How to get an overview of the Contractor Incidents from Incident list screen?
9. Navigate to the 'Manage Incident Reports' list screen and select the System View 'Contractor Incidents - Current Year'.
D. How to get an overview of the Contractor Incidents from the 'Contractor Profile' widget?
10.The 'Contractor Profile' widget will be displayed for both Level and Location selection.
When a Location is selected, the widget will display the Contractor Names (autocomplete list) for the selected Location.
When Level is selected, the widget will display the Contractor Names (autocomplete list) for all the Locations under that Level.
- Select the Contractor Name from the list and accordingly the data will be displayed in the widget.
- Click on the 'Total Incident' link in the 'Contractor Profile' widget and it will navigate to the 'Manage Incident Reports' list screen.
