Working with Management Review

Management Review is a system feature which allows managers to review case details and determine whether or not the CAPA completed is sufficient.

Management Review can be accessed from the:

Incident Detail Summary ScreenManagement Review menu item from Incident Management menu



Pre-requisite:

Before a Management Review can be conducted:

  • User must have the Management Review permissions assigned to their Role.
  • Investigation Section and Action Item(s) must be completed 
  • Management Roles need to be created.


Step-by-step Instructions:

Accessing Management Review from Incident Management menu

Accessing Management Review from the Incident Detail Summary screen:

  1. Click Modules.
  2. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
  3. Click on Management Incident Reports.


     


  4. Click on the Incident ID link for the desired incident from the Incident List screen.
