Working with Management Review
Management Review is a system feature which allows managers to review case details and determine whether or not the CAPA completed is sufficient.
Management Review can be accessed from the:
Incident Detail Summary Screen | Management Review menu item from Incident Management menu |

Pre-requisite:
Before a Management Review can be conducted:
- User must have the Management Review permissions assigned to their Role.
- Investigation Section and Action Item(s) must be completed
- Management Roles need to be created.
Step-by-step Instructions:
Accessing Management Review from Incident Management menu
Accessing Management Review from the Incident Detail Summary screen:
- Click Modules.
- Click on the Incident Management menu item.
- Click on Management Incident Reports.
- Click on the Incident ID link for the desired incident from the Incident List screen.
