Submitting OSHA 300A form using API Integration

Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
  3. Click on the OSHA 300A menu item.



  4. After Saving 300A form and Click on the Submit Using OSHA API button.
  5. Enter the login details of OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA). 
    1. Click on the Submit button.


  • When Allow Roll up No is selected details of the location are auto populated
  • When Allow Roll up Yes is selected details has to be filled by user and select the locations
