Adding Questions in Protocol

Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Audit Management menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Audit Protocols menu item.



  4. Select the Protocol Category.
  5. Click on the Protocol Title.
      

  6. Click on the Question Sections tab.
  7. Click on the Expand "+".

     

  8. In Question List section, Click on the Add button.



  9. Select the Question Category.
  10. Select the Questions by checking the check box

     


22.2 Update

In 22.2 for audit management, we have some new feature introduced to search for question to add protocol
  • Has features to search, sort, and download audit questions in manage audit protocols
  • The questions list screen will have the following columns
    • Question Category Hierarchy
    • Question ID
    • Question
    • Question Type
    • Response Created(Yes/No)
    • Status
  • Question Categories column is added to the list screen which will display the hierarchy
  • This can be used to search for questions from a particular child category or from the parent category including all child categories
