Certain customer specific new fields not available in Chemical Approval -Request tab
New fields look ups are not available

Purpose : Customer specific request

Enhanced System:

Following fields are available in Request tab
- Name of Requestor - Employee Name auto populates .By default this would display the Employee name associated with the logged in user .This will have Employee Pick List as well .Based on the Employee selected the related information autopopulates in below fields .This is be a mandatory field
- Add Requestor Employee Number - This would autopopulate the Employee ID as per the Employee selection .It woukd be Read only and mandatory field
- Requestor Email Address - This would autopopulate the Employee ID as per the Employee selection .This is be a text box ,where user can further edit the email address.
- Requestor Phone Number - auto populate associated employee Day phone phone .This field will be editable
- Requestor Department - auto populate associated employee Department .This field will be editable
- Requestor Cost Center -text field
- Request Category - drop down menu. Module set up
- Request Type field -drop down menu. Module set up
New look up added in Module Set up
- New Add /List page for Request category

1)Will this touch or become part of the product? (Renamed)
- This would be a radio button with values Yes / No
- Page load - there wont be any default selection
- This field would be mandatory / non mandatory configurable
- Yes - User should be able to complete the entire form
- No- then the next question will be "Can the chemical be purchased at a retail store ? "
2)Can the chemical be purchased at a retail store?
- This would be a radio button with values Yes / No
- There wont be any default selection
- Yes is selected, the next question to be displayed is "Is the quantity less than 1 gallon?"
- If value is None or No and user tries to save with Form status as “Final “, it will give a validation message as “Form cannot be submitted due to Chemical purchased at a retail store is marked No”.
3)Is the quantity less than 1 gallon?
- This would be a radio button with values Yes / No
- There wont be any default selection
- If Yes, then user can save the form with Final status
- If value is No / None and user tries to save with Form status as “Final “, it will give a validation message as “Form cannot be submitted due to Quantity less than 1 gallon is marked as No”
