Existing System:
- Employee Search in Appointment Central page.
- On searching a employee in Appointment Central it redirects us to Employee Medical Profile of that selected Employee .
- We also have a alternate link for Employee Medical Profile in Menu ,Quick Links and in Widget
Purpose :
- On page load ,it loads the employees in this field which increases the page load time and affects the performance .
- Also its just an additional link to Employee medical profile from Appointment Central
- When we have an alternate link for Employee Medical Profile in Menu ,Quick Links and in Widget
Enhanced System:
- Removal of Employee Search from Appointment Central

Existing System:
- User with "Any" Permission for SOAP notes can view SOAP notes for self and others
Purpose:Restrict user to edit other user's SOAP Notes
Enhanced system :
- SOAP notes would have permission for SELF and Others

PMP-62301 Field validation Alert during converting an appointment to encounter

Existing System:
- While converting an appointment to encounter the mandatory field validation alert is incomplete and doesnt elaborate on the missing information
Purpose :confusing to user which are the fields missing
Enhanced system :
- Alert message elaborated and mentiones the mandatory field missing in Appointment Details and missing informaton in Employee Profile

PMP-62247 Employee Medical Profile : show incident for employee

- Default : Show incident tab
Existing System:
- No Incident tab in Occ Health module
Purpose:User unable to submit Claims or access the Current case of the related incident with Encounter type
Enhanced system :
- New tab below Appointments as "Incident Reports" is displayed
- The tab would show count of incident linked with encouter for that location
- On clicking the count it will show the list of incident linked with encounter for that location in chronological order based on Encounter type update date
- The IMS hyperlink added here will be applicable per the IMS user permission
Fields that would be displayed
- Heading : Encounter type (Ex - Spriometry ).It will be a hyperlink to Encounter type detail
- Incident Date : Fetches the Incident created date and time.No hyperlink
- Visit Type : Appointment details Visit type.No hyperlink
- Incident : Displays the related Incident ID - Incident Title .Hyperlinked to Incident Detail Summary
- Current Case : Displays the Current Case info ,redirects to associated Current Case Summary in IMS
- Claim Status : Displays the Claims status .For Claims "Submitted" it redirects to Summary page .For Claims "Not Submitted " it redirects to Details page
- Brief Description : Incident Title
- Update Date - Encounter Update Date
- On all Occ Health to IMS redirected pages - clicking on Save ,Cancel , Back would not redirect the user back to Employee medical profile . User will stay in IMS screen only

- Impact : IMS Data saved /updated in Occ Health will be visible in IMS Module
