Existing System: 

• Has much smaller width for the Right side frame where Document Details and other screen fields are displayed
• This makes it difficult for users to read through the information

Purpose: Make the area wider for easy view

Enhanced System:

• The view has been adjusted to 60:40 where the Document List view/Preview occupies 60% of the screen
• The Document Task List/Details view will occupy 40% of the screen

PMP-7593 Bypass Approval Process for Self Approval workflow

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Existing Self Approval workflow requires users to submit the document for approval and approve themselves. Then the document is released (manually/automatically) for Viewers to view

Purpose: Simplify the approval process for documents that do not need to go through approval process

Enhanced System:

• Modified Self Approval workflow does not require the document to go through the approval process. The document is directly moved to Approved status, i.e. Release step (in case of Manual) or Final Status (in case of Automatic)
• There will not be any impact on existing documents with Self Approval workflow if those are submitted for Approval, i.e. those documents will still go through the approval process
• Any existing document with Self Approval selected will still have "submitted for approval" button, but it will automatically get approved and move to Release step based on Manual/Auto-Release option
