PMP-68930 As an end user I want to automatically navigate to Hazard Details screen after saving Risk Rating

Existing System

  • User needs to click on Confirmation message and back button to navigate back to Hazard Details screen

Purpose: Reduce number of clicks to get back to Hazard Details

Enhanced System:

  • Provides option in confirmation message to stay on the same screen (click Cancel button) or navigate back to Hazard Details screen (click on OK button)

PMP-68611 Remove Time from last updated date to avoid Time Zone issue from All tabs

  • Displays Time of Last Update made in the screen in EST. Due to global users being in different time zone this creates confusion for users

PMP-41935 As an end user I would like to calculate Assessment Risk score

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Enable Assessment Risk Rating
  • Public/Private: Private

Existing System

  • Currently, risk ratings can only be completed for the individual hazards identified within an assessment
  • There is no available option to calculate an overall risk rating score and level for an assessment

Purpose: Calculate overall risk rating at Assessment level

Enhanced System:

  • Has functionality to configure and calculate risk rating for an Assessment
  • System Admins can configure Assessment risk rating Formula, Interpretation etc.
    1. Sum of All Hazard Risk Rating Scores (Summation of all hazard risk rating scores)

    2. Count of All Hazards (Count of the number of hazards selected irrespective of rating)
  • Assessment risk rating will be calculated even if there is no interpretation configured
  • All other business rules for score calculation will be the same as Hazard rating calculation
  • The Assessment score will be visible in Manage Assessment List screen and in Task/Hazard Tab
    • Score will just have color back ground in the list screen, if configured to indicate the Risk Level
  • Below reports are also updated to display the Assessment Risk Rating
    • Job Safety Risk Assessment Report
    • Safe Work Procedure Report

Existing System

  • Does not have a way to provide Hazard Definition and display it for users to help them select applicable hazard

Purpose: Display Hazard Definition populated in back-end for end users

Enhanced System:

  • Has a read only auto-populated field added in Hazard Details screen
  • This will display the Definition that is entered in the Hazard look-up value in comment field
  • The same information will also be displayed in Hazard pick list as suffix to Hazard Name (delimited by: )

  • There is a look-up value provided for the administrators to manage values for this field

  • Does not have fields to capture additional information about the hazard 

Purpose: Provide additional field in Hazard Details screen to suffice need to capturing different additional information

Enhanced System:

  • Has four new fields added. All the fields have Show/Hide and Mandatory/Optional configuration
    1. Field Name: Hazard Category (with Look-up value)
      1. Type: Auto Complete
      2. Single selection
    2. Field Name: Probable Consequences (with Look-up value)
      1. Type: Auto Complete
      2. Multiple selection
    3. Field Name: Type of Employee exposed
      1. Foundation Personnel Type as data source. No UI

Existing System

  • Provides only three parameters to calculate Risk Rating score

Purpose: Provide more parameters to choose from and use to calculate hazard risk score 

Enhanced System:

  • Additional seven Parameters have been added
    1. Extent of Injury, Property Damage, Controls, Fire Load, Exposure FrequencyLikely Hood of Occurrence
      1. All of these have respective look-up values similar to existing Parameters
        1. Look-up values will not have any duplicate value validation. Users can create multiple values with same score and/or name
      2. All of these have respective configurations to Show/Hide
      3. All of these are Mandatory if enabled
    2. Risk Factor
      1. The field should accept only Numeric value
        1. Max length up-to 10 digits (up to 3 decimal places)
      2. Has a configuration to Show/Hide
      3. Mandatory if enabled
  • All the parameters enabled will be displayed in the Risk Rating Grid

  • Existing custom setting has been updated to hide only Administrative Control Field
  • A New Custom Setting is provided to hide PPE fields in Risk Rating screen
