- CIH edit permission name is confusing.
- System allows CIH approval in Manage Sample Screen with Permission marked No
Purpose:
- Design flaw and confusing naming convention
Enhanced System:
- CIH edit permission renamed to "CIH Approval"
CIH Section would not appear with user marked with permission "No"
- In Manage Sample -Save Button would also hide on "No" permission
- Existing Data: it should consider if self is checked then it will show the value as checked ,else it will be unchecked

Existing System : Single IH Query Report for all Samples
Purpose :
- The report has lot of column count as it covers all the fields of different samples .
- It becomes inconvenient to view all the column that keeps on extending
- Difficult to accommodate the new fields added to this report due to increasing column count
- Performance issues were detected due to large number of column count and their data
Enhanced System : Single IH Query report is split to 5 separate reports with filter and view report option
- IH Query Report 1 - Air Monitoring Pump , Passive Monitor , Wipe Sample
- IH Query Report 2- Blank Sample
- IH Query Report 4 - Direct Monitoring,Direct Monitoring - Gases and Vapors , Direct Monitoring - Detector Tube , Direct Read Instrument
- IH Query Report 5 - Bulk Sample , Gravity Sample , Qualitative Wipe Samples , Continuous Operating Pump

Enhanced System : New Exposure Notification letter will be send all the employees also who are exposed to the same hazards .Employee name and id is removed
