Purpose: 

• Provide the option to search and view final documents in Mobile Pro

Enhanced System:

• Search document option in Mobile Pro
• Display final document with below detail in the list screen.
  • Document Title 
  • Business Process
  • Document Level
  • Primary Folder 
  • Version
  • Release Date
  • Document Owner
• Option to filter the list to view records based on user preference.
• Option to view below document detail in the summary. Fields will be displayed based on the data available for the document. 
  • Document Title
  • Internal Document ID
  • Document Description
  • Version
  • Primary Folder
  • Document Owner
  • Release Date
  • Last Update Date
• Option to download the attached document from the summary screen
• Option to generate a PDF of the document detail
• Option to send a copy of the document in an email to the login user. 

Note: Add and modify document is not available in this feature, all data can be viewed in a read-only format. 

App Setup and Sharing: The app won't be available by default. Setup the app for the respective customer that has the Document Management module. Follow the below link for App Setup.
