PMP-89085: Add an Injury/Illness field related to in-patient hospitalization/amputation for Non US Locations
Configurable: Yes
Title: Show/Hide the field - Did this incident involve an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or a loss of an eye? for Non-US locations
Public/Private: Public
Default: No (i.e. the field will be hidden)
Existing System:
- As per existing business rule, the Injury/Illness question - 'Did this incident involve an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or a loss of an eye?' is currently shown on the Reporting screen (Injury/Illness Summary section) only for the US locations.
Purpose:
- Show/Hide the Injury/Illness field - 'Did this incident involve an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or a loss of an eye?' for Non-US Locations.
Enhanced System:
- Two new configurations have been introduced for the field - 'Did this incident involve an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or a loss of an eye?' for Non-US Locations :
- Show/Hide the field
- Title: Show/ Hide the field - Did this incident involve an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or a loss of an eye? for Non-US locations
- Public configuration
- Make the field as Mandatory/Non Mandatory
- Title: Set the field - Did this incident involve an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or a loss of an eye? as Mandatory/Non Mandatory for Non-US locations

- There is also an event to setup the 'Amputation Incident Notification' for Non-US Locations.

PMP-68320: NA option for OSHA contacted question
Configurable: Yes
- Title: Provide 'NA' option for 'Has OSHA been contacted?' field
- Public/Private: Public
- Default: No (i.e. NA option will not be shown)
Existing System:
- The field 'Has OSHA been contacted' is applicable to Injury/Illness Incident type and shown only for US Locations
- This field has two options 'Yes' and 'No'.
Purpose:
- Add an additional 'NA' option for 'Has OSHA been contacted?' field
Enhanced System:
- A new configuration has been added to show/hide the 'NA' option for the field - 'Has OSHA been contacted?'.

PMP-89261: Ability to view the Risk Assessment Report for linked risk assessments from IMS module
Configurable: No

Existing System:
- Doesn't have the functionality to view the Risk Assessment Report from IMS module
Purpose:
- Provide the ability to view the Risk Assessment Report for linked risk assessments from IMS module
Enhanced System:
- A new column 'Risk Assessment Report' has been added in the 'Incident Summary' screen under the 'Risk Assessment Verification' section.
- The 'Risk Assessment Report' column will have a 'Report' link. Clicking on this link will navigate to another tab where the user can view the Report.
- User must have the 'View Risk Assessment' permission (for 'Risk Assessment' module) or else clicking on the 'Report' link will throw a validation message - "You do not have the permission to view this Risk Assessment Report."

PMP-89074: Add a new permission to show/hide Non-Work related Injury/Illness Incidents
Configurable: No
- Title: NA
- Public/Private: NA
- Default: NA
Existing System:
- Both the Work related and Non-Work related Incidents are shown on the List screen.
- There is no configuration to hide the Non-Work related incidents on List screen.
Purpose:
- Introduce a new permission to show/hide the Non-Work related Incidents from the List screen
Enhanced System:
- A new permission has been added to show/hide the Non-Work related Incidents on the List screen
- There will be two view permissions for 'Injury/Illness' Incident:
- View Work related and Not Classified Incident Report
- View Non-Work related Incident Report
- If a user has only the 'View Work related and Not Classified Incident Report' permission then the following types of Incidents will be shown on the 'Incident List' and 'Case Management List' screens :
- Injury/Illness - Work related Incident
- Injury/Illness - Not Classified Incident
- If a user has both the permissions - 'View Work related and Not Classified Incident Report' and 'View Non-Work related Incident Report' then the following types of Incidents will be shown on the 'Incident List' and 'Case Management List' screens :
- Injury/Illness - Work related Incident
- Injury/Illness - Not Classified Incident
- Injury/Illness - Non Work related Incident
- A user can have 'View Work related and Not Classified Incident Report' permission without having a 'View Non-Work related Incident Report' permission. But user cannot have 'View Non-Work related Incident Report' permission without having a 'View Incident Report' permission.
- If a user currently has 'View Incident Report' permission then by default they will get the 'View Non-Work related Incident Report' permission after this change.

PMP-90408 : Assign Lessons Learned to other Locations and Groups in the Organization
Configurable: No
- Title: NA

Existing System:
- Allows to capture and share Lessons Learned details with other Users/Roles/Groups.
- The user sharing the Lessons Learned Report does not know if the shared information has been reviewed by the recipient.
- The recipients do not have a way to acknowledge and document their response.
Purpose:
- Provide the ability to assign Lessons Learned to other locations for their acknowledgment and accountability.
Enhanced System:
- Changes to the existing 'Lessons Learned - Report Details' screen
- 'Assign' button will be shown on the 'Lessons Learned Details' screen based on the permission
- The 'Assign' button will be visible only after saving the Lessons Learned details for the first time
- 'Applicability Review Assignment' Screen
- This is a new screen from where the user can assign the Lessons Learned to selected Locations and Groups and also create associated Action Items
- Locations field
- Mandatory for saving
- Location picklist will display user's scoped locations
- Groups field
- Mandatory for saving
- Group picklist will display all Corporate Groups
- Action Items section
- Non-Mandatory
- Action items section will have "+New" and "Delete" buttons
- On clicking the "+New" button, a screen to create new action item(s) will be shown
- Once an Action Item is added, the 'Action Item Title' will be shown as a link so that user can edit the details (if needed) before hitting the 'Save' button in the 'Applicability Review Assignment' screen
- User should have Calendar Management permissions for viewing, adding, editing and deleting the action items
- Clicking on the 'Save' button
- After saving the Applicability Review Assignment for the first time, the user will not be able to remove the selected locations or groups, add new action items, or edit/delete the existing action items
- If the user wants to add additional locations/groups to an existing assignment then they need to click on the 'Assign' button again and add the additional Locations/Groups. The user will not be able to remove the previously selected Locations and Groups in the picklists as they will be disabled.
- Once the Lessons Learned is assigned to a Location, an email notification will be triggered.
- User will not be able to delete an Incident after the Lessons Learned from that Incident are assigned to different Location(s).
- Clicking on the link given in the email notification will navigate to the 'Manage Applicability Review' tab
- 'Lessons Learned' screen will have the following three tabs based on different permissions:
- Manage Lessons Learned - Existing screen
- Manage Applicability Review - New screen
- Applicability Review Status - New screen
- 'Manage Lessons Learned' Screen
- This is the existing screen and will show the list of Lessons Learned
- User must have 'View Lessons Learned' permission to see the Lessons Learned record(s) in this screen
- 'Manage Applicability Review' Screen
- User must have 'View Applicability Review' permission to see this tab.
- 'Manage Applicability Review' screen will display the list of all the Lessons Learned assigned to the location.
- The default view will show all the Lessons Learned assigned to the location in the current year based on the 'Applicability Review Assigned Date'
- User will be able to update the following fields based on the 'Edit Applicability Review' permission:
- Condition Exists or Has Potential to exist
- Controls in Place
- Enter Comments
- Clicking on the 'View Report' button will download the Lessons Learned Report in PDF format
- Users can select 'Yes' or 'No' in the dropdown field - 'Condition Exists' or 'Has Potential to Exist' based on the 'Edit Applicability Review' permission
- If the users selects 'No' then:
- They will have the option to click on 'Controls in Place' and 'Comments'
- On clicking either 'Controls in Place' or 'Comments a pop-up screen will open for the user to enter information in a text area field with a 2,000-character limitation
- 'Follow up Action Items' and 'Create Additional Action Items' columns will show 'NA'
- If the user selects 'Yes' then:
- They will have the option to click on 'Enter Controls in Place', 'Enter Comments' and 'Create'
- On clicking 'Enter Controls in Place' or 'Enter Comments', a pop-up screen will open for the user to enter the information
- All the follow-up action items created before sharing the Lessons Learned to the location will be assigned to the user who has responded 'Yes'
- User can click on the number displayed in the column 'Follow-up action items' to open the Action Items List Screen
- Incase the user doesn't have 'View' Calendar permissions then clicking on the 'Follow-up action items' count will throw an alert
- User can click on 'Create' in the column to create new action items
- Incase the user doesn't have 'Add' Calendar permissions then clicking on 'Create' will throw an alert
- If the user creates new follow-up action items then the number displayed in the column Follow-up Action Items' will update and the Action Items list screen will also display the newly created action items
Clicking on the 'Enter Controls in Place' link will open the below popup:
Clicking on the Follow-up Action item count link will navigate to the 'Action Item List' screen:
Clicking on the 'Create' link will navigate to the 'Action Item' screen from where the user can create additional Action Items
- 'Applicability Review Status' Screen
- Users will see this tab if they have 'Assign' Lessons Learned permission
- This screen will display the list of the Lessons Learned assigned to the location
- The default view will show all the Lessons Learned assigned in the current year based on the 'Applicability Review Assigned Date' and 'Reviewed by All Locations' value.
- Default View filter details:
- Applicability Review Assigned Date = Current Year
- Reviewed by All Locations = No
- Clicking on the Incident ID will navigate the user to the Incident Summary screen
- Clicking on the 'View Results' button will open a new screen where the user can view the Applicability Review Status by location
- 'Reviewed by All Locations' will show "Yes" or "No" values based on 'Locations Shared With' and 'Locations Reviewed' values.
- If 'Locations Reviewed' count = 'Locations Shared With' count then 'Reviewed by All Locations' = Yes
- If 'Locations Reviewed' count < 'Locations Shared With' count then 'Reviewed by All Locations' = No
- 'View Results' screen in the 'Applicability Review Status' tab
- This is a new screen and will display information like the status, who completed the review, controls in place, comments, action items, etc. by location for all the assigned locations
- Clicking on the numbers in the action item status column will navigate the user to the Action Items List screen
- Action Items List Screen
- This Action Items List screen can be accessed from two different screens:
- From the column 'Follow up Action Items' on the 'Manage Applicability Review' tab
- From the 'View Results' screen in the 'Applicability Review Status' tab
- This Action Items List screen is linked to the 'Calendar Management' module permissions
- This Action Items List screen can be accessed from two different screens:
- Addition of following three new permissions for 'Lessons Learned' by Incident Type:
- 'Assign' permission
- Users need to have 'View Lessons-Learned' permission in order to get the 'Assign' permission
- Users having this permission can see the 'Assign' button on the 'Lessons Learned Details' screen
- 'View Applicability Review' permission
- Users need to have 'View Lessons-Learned' permission in order to get the 'View Applicability Review' permission
- Users having this permission will have the 'Manage Applicability Review' tab and see all the Lessons Learned assigned to the location
- 'Edit Applicability Review' permission
- Users need to have the 'View Applicability Review' permission in order to get this permission
- Users having this permission should be able to respond to the assignment i.e. select a response for "Condition Exists or has Potential to Exist, enter "Controls in Place" and enter "Comments"
- 'Assign' permission

PMP-91247 : Add Goal Setup to the Enterprise Setup
Configurable: No
- Title: NA
- Public/Private: NA
- Default: NA
Existing System:
- The 'Incident Rate Statistics - Goal Setup' is available under Module Setup > 'Injury/Illness Lookup Values' section.
Purpose:
- Add the 'Incident Rate Statistics - Goal Setup' (currently present in Module Setup) to the Enterprise Setup as well. So,this will be accessible from both Module Setup and Enterprise Setup.
Enhanced System:
- The 'Incident Rate Statistics - Goal Setup' will be also added under Enterprise Setup.
- Users having 'Enterprise Setup Administration' permission can access the 'Incident Rates Statistics - Goal Setup' shown under the 'Enterprise Setup'.
- The data added under the Module setup > 'Incident Rate Statistics - Goal Setup' will be also shown under the Enterprise setup > 'Incident Rate Statistics - Goal Setup' and vice-versa.

PMP-91250 : Changes to the Lessons Learned Mail functionality
Configurable: No
- Title: NA
- Public/Private: NA
- Default: NA
Existing System:
- System sends the Lessons Learned mail to all the selected Role(s) without considering the Location. The mails are currently sent to even those users who are not the intended recipient of that mail. This leads to confusion.
- Lessons Learned send mail picklist displays the Roles from all the modules.
Purpose:
- Consider the location scope while sending Lessons Learned mail to the selected Roles and display only Roles selected to the IMS module.
Enhanced System:
- 'Locations' field is mandatory in the 'Recipients' picklist.
- By default, the 'Locations' field will not display the logged in Location name and the 'Roles' section will display a message - "Please select Location(s) to display the Roles".
- The Roles will be displayed in the list based on the Location(s) provided by the user. This will display active IMS Roles (Corporate and Location).
- Users can select single/multiple Locations from the Picklist.
- The Lessons Learned mail will be sent based on the combination of Role + selected Location(s).
- If no Roles exists for the Location(s) provided by the user then a message will be be displayed as shown in the below screenshot.
