• Currently the sample result in the Manage Samples List screen shows only for Air Monitoring, Passive and Noise sample. For other type of samples like blank, direct monitoring or heat stress, the implementation is not done.

Purpose: 

• To improve user experience and efficiency by providing a more comprehensive and accessible interface.

Enhanced System: 

• Post the enhancement, user will be able to view the results for the other sample types in the List screen.

 PMP-96544: Assessment List to Show the Sample Duration Type

Purpose: 

• To provide users with additional information of Duration Type as a quick reference and allow sorting and filtering.

   PMP-96548: Ability to create individual records for each SEG in the Sample Plan

Existing System:  

• Current functionality when selecting an SEG is that this creates a single Sample Plan Record for all Agents in the SEG. It does not build individual records for the SEG.

Purpose: 

• To offer a more detailed and granular view of the chemical associated within the SEG.

• System will now display the individual chemicals associated with the SEG as a separate row item.

 PMP-95624: Ability to display LAverage for RESULTS/PROJECTS in Sample Summary dashboard in dB instead of %.

Existing System: 

• The noise sample has 2 types of results. Dose and Laverage. The unit of Dose is % and unit for Lavg is decibel (dB). If Dose selected then the results/projection in the results section in sample summary dashboard screen should display in % but if the lavg is selected then the results/projection in the results section in sample summary dashboard screen should display in dB.

Purpose: 

• To provide users with accurate information and to avoid ambiguity in the interpretation of data.

Enhanced System:

• if the values entered are in dB then the RESULTS and the RESULTS/PROJECTED need to be in dB. If the values are entered in % then the RESULTS and The RESULTS PROJECTED need to be in %

Existing System: 

• As per the latest enhancement on SEG and Employees in PMP-91192, the employee field was made mandatory so as to track when employees enter and leave an SEG. However, few of the customers do not need this field to be mandatory as its not relevant and not concerned who are the employees within the group.

Purpose: 

• To provide flexibility to users to utilize the field as per requirement.

Enhanced System:

• The field will now be made optional/mandatory basis the configuration.

  PMP-95625: Request to add the configuration in order to show or hide LMax field in the Sample Result screen under Result Noise Equipment section

• Customer would like to hide L Max field in the Sample Result screen under Result Noise Equipment section as it is confusing for their users as it is not used in any of the calculations.  The customer would like to confirm this field is not used in any calculations.

• To provide flexibility to users to utilize the field as per requirement.

Enhanced System:

• The field will be configurable to show/hide in the Results screen.

  PMP-95629: Request to make the shift length field mandatory.

• Title: Make Shift Length Mandatory

Existing System: 

• Shift Length is not a mandatory field currently. Users sometimes do not change the default hours leading to incorrect result calculations. 

Purpose: 

• To ensure that users provide accurate information for the shift length.

Enhanced System:

• Making the field as mandatory will automatically reset the field to a default blank state, compelling the user to input the accurate shift length.

  PMP-95628: Request to extend the Due date for system generated Action item

Existing System: 

• For Noise Sample, the Due date for IH System Generated Action item in Sample Results screen is 2 months. Currently, there is no configuration to extend the Due date.

Purpose: 

• To provide more flexibility with the Action Item due date.

• Goodyear would like to extend the Due date for System Generated Action item to 3 months.
