As an Auditor I want to generate Cognos report with full text responses available for Free Text Questions
Included Is this a Text Response Question in Question Details under Audit Questions, with this user can identify if the question is enabled for a free text response.
Audit Management Package > Audit Questions > Question Details
Included Is the Answer a Free Text in Questionnaire to know if that question is enabled for Free Text response and updated the Answer to display the free text response as well along with the values from the Response Set/Question Responses.

As an Auditor I want Cognos Reports to consider only applicable questions and not all dependent questions
We are considering only the applicable questions in the Questionnaire in Cognos, we are not showing all dependent questions.

Reports & BI - As an end user, I would like to manage the application using the Brazilian Portuguese Language
User can view the multilingual data for all the supported fields in all modules in Brazilian Portuguese Language if they change the content language in Cognos.
Reference: Content Language changed from default English to Portuguese (Brazil) and the data for Scoring System is appearing in Portuguese (Brazil), the behavior will be same with all the supported fields.
Reports & BI - As an end user, I would like to manage the application using Indian language
User can view the multilingual data for all the supported fields in all modules in the Indian languages if they change the content language in Cognos.
Reference: Content Language changed from default English to Bengali (India) and the data for Scoring System is appearing in Bengali (India), the behavior will be same with the other newly added languages for all the supported fields.
