Existing System: 

• Had GRI reference as the system was GRI certified

Purpose: 

• Remove GRI reference as certification is discontinued
• However the functionality will continue to be there

Enhanced System:

• Does not have any reference of the word GRI

• “GRI Reference” field in KPI details screen has been renamed as “Sustainability Reporting Reference“
• GRI Standard Menu and Screen header has been as “Sustainability Reporting Framework“
  • “GRI Index” has been renamed as “Sustainability Reporting Framework Index“
• All the paragraphs have been rephrased to remove any GRI reference and mention of being certified by GRI

Existing System: 

• The Datamart incremental job captures data change for all historical years.

• However with increasing customer data and cases of Location, level remapping, incremental job is not able to process all years data change because of huge data volume.

• In such cases the job keeps running for hours causing over lap with other jobs and fails and causes data issues

Purpose: 

• Decrease data inconsistence in case of data recalculation

Enhanced System:

• Moving forward the incremental data mart refresh job with refresh only current and previous 2 years data.

• This is done with an assumption that usually any report and data comparison is done for previous 2 years in most of the cases
• In case data recalculation should be done for all previous years, customers should reach out to Ideagen support with a TA request.
