PMP-98558 - Changes to Risk Rating Interpretation list screen to add additional column - Action Item Mandatory

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA

  • Public/Private: NA

  • Default: NA

Existing System: Currently, this is managed by a configuration - “MakeRiskRatingActionItemMandatory”.

Purpose: To improve the usability of Risk Rating Interpretation Setup.

Enhanced System:

  1. The admin user should be able to configure whether the action item will be required based on Hazard risk rating values in the module setup.

  2. While performing the Hazard Risk Rating, the action item field will be driven with this newly introduced configuration.

  3. For all existing customers, this value will be updated as per the custom setting value - MakeRiskRatingActionItemMandatory so that there wouldn’t see any difference.

  4. Going forward, admin users will have the flexibility to change it from the UI.

Impacts: None.

PMP-98249 - Changes to Frequency, Severity, and Likelihood lookups to remove concatenation logic

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Remove Name Score Concatenation

  • Public/Private: Public

  • Default: No.

Existing System: Currently, we have the frequency, severity and likelihood lookups displayed as a concatenated value as "Score - Name".

Purpose: To improve the usability and visual representation of the risk score.

Enhanced System:

  1. In the risk rating details, the Frequency, Severity, and Likelihood dropdowns would display the name instead of the concatenated logic of "Score - Name" when this configuration is turned on.

  2. However, there is no change to the risk rating calculation logic.
