IH Query Report Revamp

Single IH Query report is split to 5 separate reports with filter and view report option:

• IH Query Report 1 - Air Monitoring Pump , Passive Monitor , Wipe Sample
• IH Query Report 2 - Bulk Sample , Gravity Sample , Qualitative Wipe Samples , Continuous Operating Pump
• IH Query Report 3 - Direct Monitoring,Direct Monitoring - Gases and Vapors , Direct Monitoring - Detector Tube , Direct Read Instrument
• IH Query Report 4 - Blank Sample
• IH Query Report 5 - Noise Dosimeter

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Click on the Reports icon.
2. Click on the Report Central menu item.
3. Click on the Report Templates menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Industrial Hygiene Reports.

5. Complete all the filters in the IH Query Report and click on Save button.

6. View IH Query Report after Save.
