Generating Employee Notification Letter

Employee notification letters can be generated to inform the employee of their sample results using the Employee Notification Reports link. New Exposure Group Notification can send notifications to all the employees who are exposed to the same hazards. Sample report links are enabled after the sample results have been approved by the CIH. Please note that Approved Samples can’t be edited. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Industrial Hygiene menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Samples menu item.



  4. Click on the IH Log Number hyperlink.



  5. Click on the Employee Notification Reports hyperlink.



  6. The Employee Notification Letter will be available at another window.



  7. Click on the Exposure Group Notification hyperlink.

The Exposure Group Notification Letter will be available at another window.
