PMP-44918-  New Encounter Type- "Exposure Testing- Blood Analyte Level"

Existing System:  

  • The existing system doesn't have the capability to capture the test details required fro different anlayte type. the only analyte system captures is lead.

Purpose : Request from Customer

Enhanced  System: 

  • In the enhanced system we have introduced a new encounter type named- "Expsoure testing- Blood Anlayte Level"

  • The Exposure Testing- Blood Metal Level encounter type will have the following two tabs-

    1. Details
    2. Results
  • The details tab will have all the fields and business rules similar to BLL encounter type
  • The Encounter Type ID will contain BAL instead of BLL i.e. Location-Year-BAL-Sequence Counter

  • The results tab will contain the following two sections-
    1. Sample Details
    2. Result Details
  • The sample details section is same as BLL Encounter type
  • The Result Details Section will have following fields
  1. Analyte Type- It is a mandatory drop down field whose value will populate from "Analyte Type" Look up
  2. Analysis Method-  It is a non- mandatory drop down field whose value will populate from "Analysis Method" Look up
  3. Blood Analyte Level- Numeric field to capture the analyte level
  4. Result Received Date- The date on which result was recieved
  5. Result Comments- Same as BLL Encounter Type
  • For adding multiple results user can use " Add item" button similar to Administer immunization and medication
  • The consolidated result will be shown as shown in the screenshot. It will have the fields which is their in Details section and each result will be a link 

  • For adding analyte type added a new look up Analyte Type in module set up

When the user clicks on "Analyte type" below screen appears-

PMP-50409-  New Encounter Type: Medical Reports/ Records

Existing System:  

  • The existing system only allows to upload documents that are provided by external medical providers by using the "External Medical records" encounter type. The system doesn't have the ability to capture the details of internal assessment or records.

Purpose : Request from Customer

Enhanced  System: 

  • In the enhanced system we have introduced a new encounter type named- "Medical Reports/ Records"
  • It contains only one tab- Details

  • Following are the fields that will be part of details tab-

    1. Provider Type- it will be a mandatory drop-down field with internal and external as field values
    2. Provider Name- It will be a mandatory text-box
    3. Record Type- (will be same as external medical records with additional values- Medical Assessment and Health Analysis)
    4. Date Report Received - It will be a date picker (mandatory)
    5. Date of Assessment- It will be a date picker (mandatory)
    6. Body Part(s)- will be same as external medical records 
    7. Attachment

  • Scenario 1 -  When Provider type= Internal and Record Type= Health Analysis then following new sections will be added-
  1. Perform Body Dimension Management?
  2. Perform Lipid (Cholesterol) Profile?
  3. Perform Vision

  • Scenario 2- When Provider type = External and Record Type= Health Analysis then attachment will become mandatory-

PMP-50815-  Add a new look up Restriction Type in module set up to populate the values in Restriction Details screen

Existing System:  

  • In existing system the restriction type field contains standard value and user doesn't have an option add new values to it. 

Purpose : Request from Customer

Enhanced  System: 

  • In the enhanced system we have added a new Look up "Restriction Type" in Module set up

  • This look up will contain hierarchical data and user will have an option to select the applicable parameter for a particular restriction type. The parameter includes

    • Weight Force
    • Frequency
    • Duration
    • Standard/ Anthropometric
    • Height From
    • Height To
    • Distance
    • Side
  • Based on the selection of above parameters the field value to be filled will be visible in Restriction Details screen once the user has selected a particular value from the drop down

PMP-50938-  Allow user to add inventory details from encounter type details screen

Existing System:  

  • In existing system user doesn't have an option to add inventory details from encounter details page. If the user wants to update the inventory details then he has to navigate it inventory details page.

Purpose : Enhanced System use

Enhanced  System: 

  • In the enhanced system user will be able to add inventory details from encounter type details screen for below encounter type-
    1. Administer Immunization
    2. Administer Medication
  • When the user tries to enter Lot number in Administer immunization and Administer medication details screen then an add option will be there

  • When the user clicks on add button in Lot number field then it will redirect to "Add Vaccine"/ "Add Medication" screen. Once the user has saved the details then it will again redirect back to encounter type details screen

PMP-44868-  Add new section "RTW category" to Manage Leave Screen

  • Currently the system doesn't have the ability to upload documents related to leave in Occupational Health

Purpose : Enhanced System use, Categorisation of the attachments

Enhanced  System: 

  • Introduced a new section RTW category for Manage Leave. It will contain the following fields and this section will be configurable

    1. Claim Documentation - required for uploading external documents
    2.Medical Review- required for uploading medical certificate or medical review by MEO
    3. RTW- required for uploading RTW programs documents or details on any medical restrictions
    4. Notes- Text field to add any other information

  • In the existing system these fields are mandatory and we don't have any configuration to either make it mandatory/ non-mandatory or show/hide.

Purpose : Request to Show and hide fields from different customers

  • Introduced a Show/Hide Configuration for Visit Type and Healthcare Entity fields in appointment details page
  • This configuration is from Database end
  • These fields can be enabled as technical Assistance

  • Currently the "Cholesterol and Vision" sections are part of Health Analysis encounter type 

Purpose : Request from Customer

Enhanced  System: 

  • In enhanced system "Cholesterol and Vision" section will be part fo Vitals encounter type. For this we have introduced a configuration to Add/Delete "Cholesterol and Vision" Profiles to Vitals and configuration to Add/Delete "Cholesterol and Vision" Profiles from Health Analysis
  • This is controlled by configuration fro DB
  • This can be enabled with Technical Assistance
