PMP-51033-  Make task driver behavior uniform across Task Library and Task Management

Configuration Setting:  No Configuration

Existing System:  

• Action Item Library having option to select multiple task driver, where as Task Management doesn't have the option.

Purpose : Consitency

Enhanced  System:

• Provide option to select multiple task driver in Task Management

• Impacts- Cognos Report

PMP-50843-  Add new status flag in Manage Action Items list screen for Action Items that are completed after due date

Configuration Setting:  No Configuration

Default: Common Change

Existing System:  

• No Flag to identify Action Items completed after due date.

Purpose : To identify Action Items completed after due date.

Enhanced  System:

• Need to add a new status flag named "Closed Late" for the for Action Items that are completed after due date 

• Impacts- None

PMP-50653- Add a new permission to handle Action Item Transfer

Configuration Setting:  No configuration 

Default: Common Change

Existing System:  

• User can transfer action item owner without having any permission.

Purpose : Security

Enhanced  System:

• Introduced new permission for Action Item Owner transfer.
• Transfer button will be disabled for user doesn't have permission. 

• Note- Customer need to manually provide permission to respective role.

PMP-50014- User Widget- Action Items(Open and Overdue) Counts

Configuration Setting:  No configuration 

Default: Common Change

Existing System:  

Purpose : User Widget

Enhanced  System:

• Display Action Item Open and Overdue counts
• By Default- The counts will reflect based on logged in user and only the action items for which the user is owner.
• When the user search for other user details then it should show the count of the user selected from the search bar
• Filter on Period - Current Year, Current & Previous Month (Default), Current & Next Month
• The counts name i.e. open action items and overdue action items should be clickable and redirect to calendar list screen.
• All the module specific permission will be applicable here as well i.e. if the user has view action item permission then only this appear
• While showing the count only calendar view permission will be checked but when the user navigates to list screen from the count then other module specific permission should be checked.
• The count should reflect all the action items for which the user is owner regardless of permission. for example if the user is owner of 10 action items, out of which he has module specific view permissions for only 8 action items then the count in the widget will 10 and when the user navigates to list it will show only 8 as the user doesn't have permission to view those
