Default : Default 3 action items can be created.

Impacts: None

Existing System: 

• Users can enter only a single action item while importing a finding through finding import tool.If a finding has multiple action items then it is not possible to import multiple action items for a single finding using the import tool

Purpose:

• Improve the capability of the import tool to enable users to import multiple action items for individual findings.

Enhanced System:

1. Additional action item columns will be introduced in the finding import tool
2. Users will be  able to add the action items in succeeding columns
3. If  the user adds multiple findings with the same finding title in different rows  then multiple copies of the finding with the different action items will be created.To create multiple action items for the same finding users need to add the action items against the single finding record in the same row.
4. The following columns will be repeated in the template :
   1. Action item Name
   2. Action item Description
   3. Action item Due Date
   4. Assigned By
   5. Owners
   6. Notify Owners Immediately
   7. Action Item Completed at time of finding.

• The field is present in the location :Audits Module Set up – Set Up > Module Set up > “Audit Area”

• The Audit Are field size will be increased to maximum 150 character size limit.
