Existing System: 

• We have one standard home page with default widgets. User would be able to add widgets from library. 

Purpose:

• Ability to configure various system views for ease of viewing data. 

Enhanced System:

• User would be able to create user views from the existing widgets as per his preferences. 
• A system admin will be able to make his user view public, so that it is shared to all users. 
• A user can set a view as his preferred view and he would land to the same view every time he logins. 
• There is a limit to the number of widgets he can add to a view and it is currently set as 10 for all customers. 
• After this version upgrade, all the users would be forced to land to system default view. All the user preferences saved in the past will be lost.

Existing System:

• Currently, the widget library is a flat list without any search feature. 

Purpose:

• Increase the usability of the library by categorizing widgets by module. 

Enhanced System:

• The list would be a hierarchical list by module. 
• User would be able search the list by name. 
• All the selected widgets would appear with a green tick mark. 
• User can now remove a widget even from the library by clicking on the widget.

PMP-51191 Show tool tip for counts in profile/header widget

Existing System:

• Doesn't have the feature to display tool tip. 

Purpose:

• To provide additional information about the counts displayed. 

Enhanced System:

• Every count in employee/user widget would have the tool tip associated with it. This would help user identify what data is he looking at.
