Saving a view as Default
Step-by-step instructions:
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Incident Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Action Items menu item.
- Click on the drop down.
- Click on the Add New View.
- Fill in the details under Manage View screen.
- Mark the Make Default View check box.
- Click on the Save button.
