Step-by-step Instructions:


  1. Click on Modules
  2. Click on Industrial Hygiene
  3. Click on Manage Samples

4. Click on IH log Number

5. Sample Dashboard Summary will display the Sample ID

  • To: and CC : Have radio buttons to select either a user or employee
  • Upon selection the picklist would load either employee or user list 
  • Default selection for To would be employee and CC would be user 

Show user name in audit trail
