Copy a Location

In this upgrade, the end user can copy all the IMS location setup values when a location is copied. Users can search for the module name to filter all the Incident Management location setup look up values and also can select multiple options from the drop down.

A new "Copy Location" Enhancement has been introduced in 20.2v.

1. The Feature provides us the ability to select the location to be copied, the user can't select multiple locations for copying.

2. Select the lookup or setup needs to copy along with the location 

• Organization Component
• Value Stream
• Work Shift
• Building 
• Job Classification
• Work Area
• Task

3. The options are configuration for a customer.

4. The new location will be available at the same levels in the Enterprise Map as the originating location

5. Location Code and Name will be copied with a prefix "Copy of," the user needs to change it to the actual code and name of the new location

6. Country and Status will be copied as the originating location

7. Activation Date will be populated with the current date

8.Copy WCC Form information if the originating location belongs to the USA

9.Assign Users and Inbound and Outbound Mapping will not be copied
