Updating the Diagnosis on the OSHA 300 Form

This guide illustrates how to update Column M, Diagnosis on the OSHA 300 Form. 

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Click Setup from the Menu Item
2. Click Module Setup from the Menu Item
3. Click Incident Management from the Menu Item

4. Select Nature of Illness/Injury 

5. Select the Nature of Illness/Injury value from the pick list.

6. Navigate to the field and select the from the drop-down list.

7. Click Save
