Working with the OSHA 301 Review Tab

• OSHA 301 Review – Contains the information about the employee, the physician or other health care professional and the case. The information listed here can be edited and the changes will be reflected on the OSHA 301 log.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the "Modules" Icon.
2. Click on the "Incident Management" Menu Item.
3. Click on the "Case Management" Menu Item.

4. Select the Case Number from Incident List Screen.

5. Click on the OSHA 301 Review Tab.
