Existing System: 

• Doesn't have the option to show OEL information availability in the chemical management list

Use Case / Purpose: 

• Users can't see OEL availability information from the chemical management list
• Users need to navigate to the chemical detail to see OEL information, providing the OEL availability information on the list will increase the usability of the list

Enhanced System:

• Add a new nonmandatory column "OEL" in the chemical management list
• Show "Yes" if OEL is available for the chemical and with a link to navigate to the OEL screen
• Add back button in the OEL screen to navigate back to the chemical management list
• Show "No" if OEL is not available for the chemical
