PMP-82948 As an end user I want to view Department wise data in Widgets

Existing System: 

• Does not have widgets that displays Incident and Case counts by department

Purpose: 

• Provide visibility about Incident statistics at department level

Enhanced System:

• Has two department level widgets
  • Incident Count by Department (Roll-up)
  • Injury/Illness Classification by Department (Roll-up)
• These widgets have Department Hierarchy Level filter and Top/Bottom filter along with Period and Incident Type/Case Classification filter
• Based on the selection Departments of selected level are displayed, not it's child department
• These widgets display rolled up Incident/Case count for the Department i.e. in case of a parent child configuration if the Department has child values then Incidents/Case from all child Departments are rolled over to the Parent Department
• Navigate to Incident List screen with selected filters on click of respective value
