PMP-36034 Add multiple team members being observed and observers
Configurable Setting: Show/ hide,Business Rule , Private
Default :Hide ,default selection for observers and individuals observed -user, Customer Specific
Existing System :
- When reporting a BBS observation, for a group, the system does not allow the user to select multiple observers or individuals who are being observed
Purpose :
• Customer would like to track who is completing observations, and easily report on observers
• Customer would like to know who is being observed
Enhanced System:
Group Observations
Multi-select picklist added to allow the user to select who are the observers
Radio button to select observer type employee or users
Multi-select picklist to select individual observed
Radio button to select user /employee type for Individuals Observed
Report by name field added
- Roles - Add permissions that would allow “Self” view permissions for the Observers or Individual Observed
Existing Data :Individual Observed list will be blank
- Impact :Observation List ,Export Observers ,Observation summary Report ,Mobile

Default :Non Mandatory, Customer Specific
Existing System :
- For a behaviour if At risk is selected ,fixed on the spot is selected , then comments is not mandatory
- But if At risk is selected ,fixed on the spot is not selected ,then comment is mandatory
Purpose :
•Make comment field mandatory irrespective of the behaviour state
Enhanced System:
For a behaviour if At risk is selected ,fixed on the spot is selected , then comments aslo has to be mandatory (made configurable)
