PMP-48672 Placement of launch widget of employee training in system landing page

Existing system

• Currently to take any course that is assigned to the employee ,navigation to the My Training page is required.

Purpose: To improve usability and ease of access to the training courses which are to be taken by the user

Enhanced System

• A widget of My Training has been made available for the system landing page as shown below.
• The Widget will display the courses which are to be taken by the user.
• By clicking on the launch button, the employees can take the course.Pop up window will open wherein the training content will display.
• Once the training is completed ,outcomes will be updated and the completed trainings will not display in the landing page for the user.Only pending courses will be displayed.
• As shown in the screenshot below ,the due date (schedule training start date) ,the session name and the session description will be displayed for the courses.

Options in the elipses :

• Users can remove the widget from the Landing page and also choose the option of "View All".
• If the users click on the option of View all ,the user would be navigated to the My Training List where all the training of the user would be displayed.The view all list will not have any filter of Course outcome or date.So irrespective of date or outcome ,the view all option will display all the trainings allotted to the user by default.
