PMP-53140 Provision of making the approval screen fields non mandatory when the user is asking for additional information

Current State :

When any request is returned or rejected the user is required to enter additional information do not require the users to add the mandatory fields.Allow users to save the form without entry of the mandatory fields.

Enhanced State :

Users will not be forced to enter all the details related to the chemical if the chemical is rejected or returned for additional information.This will reduce the time for reviewing and rejecting a chemical or asking additional information

Use case :

• Requester submits the request.
• Safety And Health Approver opens the Safety Health approval tab and scrolls down and enters "No" against the field of "Do you approve the request"
• Currently system throws failure message asking the users to enter the  mandatory fields.This will not be displayed.  
• Only the fields below will be made mandatory 
  • If No is selected in the field of "Do you Approve the Request" then the field of "Explain Not Approved","Date Reviewed" and "Reviewed By"  will only be mandatory.All other fields will be non mandatory.
  • If Return for additional information is selected in the field of  "Do you Approve the Request" then the field of "Explain return for additional information" "Date Reviewed" and "Reviewed By"will be mandatory.All other fields will be non mandatory.
