Existing System:

Currently there is no widget in the home page for displaying the employees whose trainings are overdue.

Purpose :

To allow the users to view the training compliance state as on that day.

Enhanced System :

• New widget showing the employees with overdue trainings have been introduced.
• If for any employee the training has not been taken before the schedule training start date then the course will show as overdue for the employee
• This widget will be displayed for all users
• The count will be a hyperlink
• The hyperlink will be clicked and user will be taken to the schedule training list.
• The schedule training list will be filter with all the records for which 
  • Schedule training start date has crossed,but
  • Outcome is not updated.
