18.3 Activity Management Release Notes

New and Improved Features

PMP-44082- Activity Calendar

Configuration Setting:  No configuration 

Default: Common Change

Existing System 

  • Currently calendar display only action items in Day, Week and Month view tab based on selected calendar category

Purpose : Display all activity in calendar

Enhanced  System: 

  • Merged Day, Week and Month view tab to single tab called Calendar.
  • New Calendar control with quick filter and "Today" option.
  • Display action item and module activity in calendar Day, Week and Month view. 
  • Module specific activity will display under Module Activity calendar category.
  • Hide Snapshot and Action Item list tab while viewing only module activity , as current version of Snapshot and Action Item list doesn't support other module activity. 
  • Provide option to display "My" or "All" activity, defaulted to "My".  "My" and "All" activity option will differ to each module activity. e.g. Action Items , with "My" option it will display owned action items and with "All" will display all action items as per view permission. 
  • Home page quick links for "My" and "All" Action Item Calendar. 

Functional Use :

Display activity based on below date :

Action Item : Due Date

Audits : Audit Start Date

Finding :Finding Closure Due Date

Display activity to login user:

Action Item :Owners

Audits :Program Status Users / Lead Auditor / Team Members

Finding :Finding Owner / Responsible Person

Option All :

Login user having view permission for the activity and scope to selected location(s)

  • Impacts- Displaying module activity is now available only for Audits Program and Finding. The feature can be turn on/off by making the Module Activity calendar category statue as active or delete. In future version other module activity will be included.
